What qualifications do I need to work as a Support Worker?

While a Certificate III in Individual Support or similar qualification is preferred, we value passion and the right attitude. All staff must have or be willing to obtain an NDIS Worker Screening Clearance and Working with Children Check.

What training do you provide to new employees?

All new staff receive comprehensive onboarding training including manual handling, first aid, medication management (where applicable), and person-centered approaches to support. Ongoing professional development is also provided.
